Security Operations Center Supervisor

Overview

Security Operations Center Shift Supervisor role at GardaWorld. Location : Chandler, Arizona. The position involves monitoring security for environments such as semiconductor facilities, hospitals, retail stores, airports, detention centers, and similar sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, payroll, coverage, shift coverage as needed, and coaching / counseling.
• Manage SOC duties : monitoring multiple monitors, CCTV footage, badging and access control; act as escalation point for security and site employees.
• Monitor fire life safety systems and gas module alarms; coordinate Emergency Response Team and Emergency Services.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property; collaborate with law enforcement as needed.
