The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities include :

• Drive projects, identify and assess strategic opportunities, and influence executive-level decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations on potential options, risks, and upsides to support business growth.
• Identify and address systemic business issues through innovative, creative solutions. Navigate ambiguity and translate undefined problems into plans.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and aligning groups on solutions that drive business growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor leveraging knowledge of internal systems and industry trends to inform decision-making.
• Set the strategic direction for the team, aligning team goals with broader organizational objectives, and driving cross-functional collaboration to achieve results.
