Licensed Speech Therapist for Home Care - Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan

We are seeking Fee for Service or Full-Time therapists to work independently and provide therapy services in our client's homes.

• Perform patient assessment
• Select and adapt appropriate therapy treatment to maximize performance in activities of daily living
• Educate client, family & Home Health Aide of ways to approach tasks, as well as maintain safety
• Document progress report identifying treatment plan, observation, and goals.
• Skills :
• Valid license to practice therapy in New York State
• Knowledge of treatment practices per discipline in accordance with licensure.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• 1 Year (preferred) of acute or home care experience.

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per diem

Pay : $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
