The Seasonal Inventory Control Associate assists the Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist (RICS) in managing store inventory. Responsibilities include maintaining inbound and outbound inventory accuracy, ensuring merchandise readiness for the sales floor, and supporting inventory system processes. The role requires maintaining a clean stock room and adhering to all safety and compliance standards.

Key Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
• Accurately process all inventory movements.
• Verify merchandise deliveries meet company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including proper ticketing and signage.
• Apply EAS tags to merchandise per Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Input freight information accurately and timely.
• Execute RTVs, transfers, and markdowns efficiently.
• Maintain productivity targets and stock room organization.
• Comply with all legal and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain professionalism in communication and teamwork.
