Job OverviewWere looking for a Design Studio Selections Coordinator to support our clients in choosing finishes and materials for their new homes. This role is client-facing, requiring professionalism, organization, and strong communication skills. Youll help clients through the design process, document selections, and coordinate with our construction and purchasing teams to ensure everything is accurate and on schedule.ResponsibilitiesGuide homeowners through design studio selections (flooring, cabinets, fixtures, siding, etc.)Document selections in the Home Selections Guide (HSG) and Contractor Foreman softwareCommunicate choices to sales, construction, and vendors to ensure proper orderingAssist with plan mark-ups, supplier coordination, and resolving design-related issuesMaintain organized client records and project documentationSupport permit paperwork and standard project formsStay current on design trends and supplier offerings to enhance the client experienceQualificationsExperience in interior design, showroom sales, selections coordination, or residential construction preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsComfortable with Microsoft Office / Google Suite; familiarity with HubSpot CRM or Contractor Foreman a plusDetail-oriented, able to manage multiple clients / projects at onceCompensation & BenefitsPTO and paid holidays401k w Match, Health, Vision and DentalGrowth opportunities within a high-end custom home building companyHow to ApplySubmit your resume and a short cover letter describing your design or client service experience.
