Delta One Trader
Marex is seeking a Delta One Trader who will be an entrepreneurial individual in a mid-level position with the ability to work autonomously, and also as part of a team. Able to generate incremental revenue using financing strategies.

Responsibilities :
- Manage a trading book of delta one products.
- Oversee trade process from origination to reconciliation
- Build reporting suite for strategies under their book.
- Build analytics relevant to their book.
- Handle daily P&L reconciliation and reporting.
- Work collaboratively with control and support functions including operations, treasury, risk, and finance
- Back up existing delta one business.
- Ensuring compliance with the company's regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges.
- Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
- Carrying out regulatory activities under the Marex Capital Markets Inc. trading books
- Role model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.
- At all times complying with Marex's Code of Conduct
- To report any breaches of policy to Compliance and / or your supervisor as required
- To escalate risk events immediately
- To provide input to risk management processes, as required.
- The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time.

Bachelors' degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.Extensive knowledge of the delta one market and relevant regulatory requirements.Subject matter expertise with delta one products.Experience in running a delta one book.Experience in reporting and reconciliation.Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.Excellent verbal written and communication skills.Salary Range : $200,000 to $350,000 per year and eligible for discretionary bonus.
