We're looking for a contract Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team and support our Talent Acquisition function. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible and focused on understanding the ongoing hiring needs of the business, conducting proactive candidate searches and talent pipelining, and partnering closely with Recruiters to ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences.

This is a remote position, and we're open to any location and time zone in the United States.

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree, or related degree necessary.
• A minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years of direct sourcing experience, is a requirement for this role.
• Candidates must have prior sourcing and recruiting experience, either in a search firm or an in-house talent acquisition team.
• A proven track record of successfully building talent pipelines is essential for this position.

Working understanding of talent acquisition / human resource principles, practices, and procedures

The pay range for this position is $35.48 to $57.35 per hour.

Washington Applicants Only : Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
