BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Clerical Support / Administrative Assistant in Stow, MA 01775

Position Title : Clerical Support / Administrative Assistant

Location : Stow, MA 01775

Shift Timing : Mon Friday 40.00 Hours Per Week

Anticipated start date : 1-2 Weeks

Duration : 6 Months contract and the possibility to be extended the contract.

Pay Rate : $22.00- $22.53 on W2

Duties and Responsibilities :

General Clerical Support.

Answering phones.

Customer service.

Communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone & email.

Scanning hard copy documents and digitally archiving.

Updating digital records in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Printing and distributing documents related to scheduled classes.

Use of Office Suite, including excel, word & teams.

Filing.

Retrieving documents from archives (on-site).

Skill :

Office Suite including Excel.

Answering phones experience.

Customer Service.
