Job descriptionSupport individuals with daily living skills : hygiene, meal planning, shopping, and budgeting. Assist with medical needs, including medication administration and appointments. Complete daily logs (T-Logs) and ensure accurate documentation for Person-Centered Plans. Help with household tasks and report maintenance needs. Provide companionship, emotional support, and behavioral coaching. Transport individuals to community outings, day programs, and appointments. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available. Shifts typically run 8 hours, across all days and times. Onsite training : 2 weeks, MondayFriday, 8 : 00 am4 : 30 pm , required before scheduling begins. Some roles may include differential pay for behavioral, medical, or weekend shifts. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Paid training and tuition reimbursement . Preferred : 1+ year of related experience or education in healthcare, or direct care.
