Job descriptionFriendly, empathetic, and compassionate Genuinely committed to patient care and comfort Focused on providing a remarkable patient experience Responsibilities : Conduct blood draws at patients' homes or offices using safe and accurate techniques Travel to and from appointments using your personal vehicle, and process specimens with a car-powered centrifuge Drop off samples at patient service centers or laboratories Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours Adapt to a dynamic, high-growth environment PRN Expectations : Confirm availability with your supervisor every Friday for the upcoming week (or weeks ahead) Based on your availability, you may be scheduled in advance or contacted for shifts Must be available a minimum of three (3) days a week, Monday to Friday, during the hours of 7 : 00 AM - 1 : 00 PM ("Expected Shifts") PRN employees may work up to 20 hours a week, but hours are not guaranteed Qualifications : Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency 2+ years of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy preferred) Experience with specimen processing Proven track record in providing excellent customer service Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Reliable transportation with a clean driving record (Bonus) Fluency in Spanish is a plus Benefits : 1099 employment at $25 per draw Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement in certain cases Work with a visionary company, in a fun and supportive environment COVID-19 Vaccination Policy : Equal Opportunity Employer :
