Account Manager - Commercial Lines

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional service and support to our business clients. You will manage accounts, handle renewals, issue certificates, and assist with client inquiries and policy changes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and service a book of commercial clients

• Handle renewals, endorsements, COIs, audits, and billing questions

• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers

• Maintain accurate documentation in our systems

• Assist producers with pre-renewal strategies and cross-selling opportunities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat

Requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines servicing

• Strong knowledge of commercial policies (GL, BOP, WC, Auto, etc.)

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
