Handle the administrative affairs of the US company, such as :
- Cooperate with HR SaaS platforms on matters related to employee insurance, payroll, etc. (in coordination with the domestic HR team)
- Connect with the local intellectual property lawyer team to maintain trademark and other IP matters
- Apply for visas and identity‑related matters for multinational colleagues locally
Daily maintenance and management of the office :
