Job Description
Summary As an essential part of our National Account Support Team (NAST), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate processing of work orders by reviewing documents, updating trackers, managing invoicing exceptions, markups / pricing of service and inspections, and resolving issues. Your ability to resolve the work orders, spot discrepancies, and maintain clear communication across the teams will support our mission to deliver timely and accurate billing while driving operational efficiency. Reports to Lead National Account Support Specialist or National Account Support Supervisor.

Regularly review work orders for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they meet all internal and client requirements before finalizing for invoicing.
