Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the global growth strategy to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth

Lead and inspire a global team across Sales Development, Account Executives, Partnerships, Marketing, and Revenue Operations

Expand strategic partnerships and oversee global marketing strategy to elevate brand visibility in the payments and fintech ecosystems

Required Qualifications

15+ years of leadership experience in growth, sales, or revenue-focused roles, including 5 years in a senior executive position

Proven success in driving integrated growth strategies in B2B SaaS or fintech environments

Demonstrated ability to scale sales organizations and exceed revenue targets

Deep understanding of U.S. payment infrastructure and channel ecosystems

Strong track record of building and leading high-performing teams with a focus on team development and diversity
