A leading financial services firm is seeking a VP / Director of Investor Relations to enhance its communication with the investment community. This role will involve significant interaction with senior executives and a focus on expanding investor engagement.

Job Responsibilities :

• Prepare internal and public-facing management presentations, including quarterly earnings, investor roadshows, and conference presentations.
• Analyze competitor and peer financial disclosures and competitive dynamics.
• Assist in identifying and tracking key investment themes and communicating with new long-term oriented investors.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Finance, Capital Markets, and other corporate functions for reporting and variance explanations.
• Organize and support all facets of Investor Day.
• Engage directly with executives, including the CFO and CEO.
• Maintain visibility into the company’s business activities with an emphasis on Treasury functions and debt issuance.

Qualifications :

Compensation :

Salary : $170,000 – $205,000
