At 1-800 Packouts Midwest, we specialize in helping families and businesses recover after disasters such as fire, water, smoke, or mold damage. Our Pack Out Department plays a vital role in restoring peace of mind by carefully handling and cleaning personal property.

Position Overview :

Were hiring a Contents Specialist to join our Pack Out team. This role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork and facility-based tasks. Youll spend part of your time packing and transporting items from homes and businesses, and the other part cleaning and preparing those items for return. No experience needed - willing to train!

Key Responsibilities :

Drive a company vehicle to job sites to pack boxes and prepare contents for transport.

Clean and restore personal property at our facility (e.g., furniture, dishes, electronics).

Use contents tracking software to log items, upload photos, and meet insurance requirements.

Communicate professionally and compassionately with property owners.
