Bilingual Front Office Medical Assistant
We're looking for a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Medical Assistant to support our front office operations and deliver exceptional care. This full-time role runs MondayFriday, 8 : 30 AM5 : 00 PM, and offers a collaborative environment where your skills truly make a difference.
What You'll Do
Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for visits
Record vital signs, allergies, and medication updates accurately
Maintain and stock exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness
Assist physicians during exams and procedures
Handle patient calls, schedule changes, and prescription requests
Perform administrative tasks : chart prep, filing, faxing, and reception duties
What We're Looking For
Certified Medical Assistant (or equivalent experience)
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in medical record management
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
