Are you a Product Manager with experience launching physical products (not SaaS)? Whether you've worked in construction, building materials, wearables, appliances, or industrial goods—if you've led pricing, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, we want to hear from you.
This role oversees the full product lifecycle for commercial construction materials (panels, insulation, etc.). But construction experience isn't required—what matters is hands-on product commercialization experience.
Schedule : Mon–Fri 8–5 (on-site for 6 months, then WFH Fridays at manager's discretion)
Location : Lewisville, TX
What You'll Do :
- Lead the roadmap, strategy, and launch of physical / durable products.
- Conduct financial analysis to assess feasibility to introduce new products.
- Develop pricing strategies, value props, business cases, and go-to-market plans.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to define growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across pricing, engineering, marketing, and operations.
- Support sales teams with tools, messaging, and subject matter expertise.
- Travel up to 30% for customer visits, site tours, and industry events.
