Customer Service Representatives play a vital role at Neu Tool & Supply. What will you be responsible for? Answering incoming calls from our customers to help support our internal sales team, responding to customer emails and inquiries electronically, working with customers in person, communicating order pickups with our warehouse, assisting customers in our retail store, and other customer-focused items.
