• Data Modeling for BI platforms (Star and snowflake schemas)
• Designing flexible BI systems optimized for growth and rapid delivery
• Design and implementation of ETL processes for loading BI data models
• Planning for long-term BI needs
• Experience in product evaluation and selection
• Leading teams for on time delivery of BI solutions
• Leading Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban
• Experience working with business operations to elicit BI requirements
• Creation of BI design and development standards
• Creation of BI tools for monitoring platform performance
• Coaching of junior developers for technical growth
• Collaboration with other architects on integration of BI into application platform(s)
• Plan and implement production support for BI including team structure, triage procedures, and communication plans
• Experience with MongoDB and Graph data
