Senior It Recruiter

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is the 3rd largest social discovery company in the world, uniting 60+ brands with 500 million users. Our teams of digital nomads work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Poland, Latvia, Serbia, Spain, Portugal, UAE, Israel, Turkey, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Australia and many other locations.

We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter to join our HR team.

Your main tasks will be :

  • Conducting the full cycle of IT recruitment (developing search strategies, resume screening, conducting interviews, presenting candidates to hiring managers)
  • Interacting with internal clients to determine job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Actively sourcing candidates through various channels (social networks, professional communities, databases, etc.)
  • Participating in the development and implementation of HR strategies for attracting talent
  • Maintaining candidate databases and keeping information up to date
  • Assessing candidates' professional and personal qualities, conducting interviews in English

We expect from you :

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT international recruitment
  • Experience in closing positions within the ML and NLP domains, with strong expertise in direct search, headhunting, and market mapping highly desirable
  • English not lower than C1 level
  • Leadership Skills : This role will position you as a partner to hiring managers, so strong leadership skills are essential.
  • Adaptability : Flexibility and adaptability are key in our fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented : We're looking for someone who thrives on achieving results and can influence others effectively.
  • Hardworking : Your dedication and hardworking nature will be crucial in delivering recruitment excellence.
  • Global Search : Be prepared to work across different time zones, as we have teams in Australia and the US

    • What do we offer :

  • REMOTE OPPORTUNITY to work full time;

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
