Part-Time Lodge Porter - Temp Weekends

Job Overview :

The Lodge Porter will help keep buildings, facilities and restrooms in a clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties throughout indoor / outdoor facilities. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of needs for repairs and cleaning debris from common areas. Maintaining a good relationship with the residents is essential for success in this role.

Compensation : $16.50 – $18 / hr

FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Your Responsibilities :

• Communicate concerns, issues or repairs needed to Management.
• Clean and sanitize :
• Indoor / outdoor Lodge and Clubhouse furniture, including benches.
• Fitness Center / Locker-rooms.
• Vehicle gate and pedestrian gate key pads.
• Tennis Court Area.
• Cobweb Lodge common areas.
• Other areas as needed.
• Assist with set up and tear down of Events / activities.
• Assist Members with inquiries, by answering phones and taking messages.
• Restock coffee station.
• Check Pool / Spa chlorine and PH levels and document.
• Assemble items as needed.
• As necessary, set up and tear down equipment for Fitness classes.
• Other special projects as assigned.
