Operating Room Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an RN License OR Manager / Charge Nurse to oversee operations in a 4 OR / 1 procedure room ambulatory surgery center.

• Must have 2-5 years of Operating Room and Orthopedics experience, preferably in outpatient settings. CNOR preferred.
• Responsibilities include scheduling, equipment and supply management, staff coordination, and direct communication with physicians.
• Requires strong organizational skills, aseptic techniques, and ability to multi-task and problem-solve independently.
• Occasionally functions as Circulating Nurse or Surgical Technologist.

This full-time role offers a salary of $105,000-$110,000 with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
