Compensation : $45,000+ Commission

Position Summary

The Regional Sales Representative will drive wholesale sales of cannabis and cannabis products to licensed dispensaries within their assigned territory. This role blends sales execution with brand ambassador responsibilities building strong relationships with dispensary buyers, budtenders, and end consumers to grow market share and increase brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Wholesale Sales & Account Management

Prospect, pitch, and close wholesale cannabis sales with dispensaries across the assigned region.

Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and support.

Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.

Track sales activities, pipeline, and results using CRM tools.

Brand Representation

Serve as the face of the brand at dispensary events, vendor days, product demos, and community activations.

Educate dispensary staff on product features, benefits, and brand story to ensure accurate and enthusiastic promotion.

Collect market feedback on product performance, pricing, and competitor activity.

Collaboration & Reporting

Partner with marketing to plan and execute brand ambassador activities.

Communicate market trends, customer insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.

Ensure compliance with all state cannabis regulations in sales and promotional activities.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cannabis, alcohol, beverage, or CPG industries.

Strong track record of meeting / exceeding sales goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable representing a brand in public settings and engaging with diverse groups.

Knowledge of cannabis products, culture, and compliance regulations a plus.

Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel regionally.
