Fast Casual Assistant Manager - Lunchtime Favorite
Salary : Up to $60,000
Largo, MD
Join our thriving fast-casual operation where exceptional food meets outstanding service! As Assistant Manager, you'll drive operational excellence across our bustling lunch service and growing catering division. This role offers proven career advancement opportunities with 89% of our current managers promoted from within.
You'll lead high-performing teams, optimize daily operations, and ensure our signature quality standards that have earned us recognition as the region's premier lunch destination. With our expanding catering contracts worth $2M+ annually, you'll gain invaluable multi-revenue stream experience while developing leadership skills that translate across the hospitality industry.

Required Experience & Qualifications :
- 2+ years restaurant or food service management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Experience with high-volume operations (500+ transactions daily preferred)
- Catering or event management background strongly preferred
- Food safety certification (ServSafe Manager or equivalent)
- POS systems proficiency and inventory management skills
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Flexible schedule availability including peak lunch hours and catering events
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience considered
