Compensation & Benefits :

  • $475K never-ending base salary guarantee - not tied to production thresholds or quotas
  • $75K signing bonus, $10K relocation package, plus substantial student loan forgiveness through NHSC

  • $2500 monthly stipend for residents / fellows
