Job Description

The Strategic Investor Engagement team within the Global Client Group is focused on building high-impact engagement strategies and tailored solutions for Brookfield's most important clients. The Analyst / Associate will play a critical role in the delivery and execution of the team's strategies by supporting investor research, internal coordination, content development, and data-driven initiatives across Brookfield's global businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research & Analysis – Support the development of investor profiles and research efforts through strong analytical skills, organizational mapping, and synthesis of market intelligence.
  • Collaboration & Communication – Partner with CRMs, IR, and internal teams to prepare clear, structured briefing materials and support investor interactions.
  • Process Orientation & Organization – Demonstrate organizational discipline in maintaining scalable, repeatable processes across data management, monitoring, and client research.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of engagement plans, including tracking execution milestones.
  • Technology & Tools – Develop proficiency in Salesforce, Power BI, and other platforms to enable automation and delivery of real-time insights.
  • Data & Insights Delivery – Apply attention to detail and technical proficiency to maintain centralized data repositories, generate accurate reporting, and ensure consistent information flow to senior stakeholders.
  • Coordinate inputs and data across teams to produce non-transactional materials including market updates, local insights, and ESG content.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of SIP clients using various research methodologies, and compile relevant intelligence for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications / Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a client-focused, research, or investor relations role in alternative asset management, private markets, banking or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in institutional investing and familiarity with the alternative asset management landscape.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Salesforce and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
  • Salary Range

    $120K - $140K. Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive.
