Position

Start : ASAP-6 months open for extension
Location : Upland, CA 91786
Specialty : Geriatrics, ESRD EXP (mandatory), Dialysis
Schedule : M-F 8a-5p
Patient Volume : 7-10 ppd

Requirements :

1-2 years minimum, must have experience with patients with kidney disease and patients on dialysis (ESRD- End Stage Renal Disease)

Board Certified NP

BC, BLS, DEA, CAQH

Compensation :
