- Job Summary
As a
- Mental Health Therapist
- , you will be responsible for delivering a range of mental health care services to assigned clients, including Intake Assessments, Treatment Planning, Individual / Family / Group Therapy, Psychoeducation, Crisis Intervention, and Crisis Stabilization. This role requires a commitment to high-quality client care and documentation standards.
- Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct mental health services, including intake assessments, treatment planning, therapy sessions (individual, family, and group), and crisis interventions.
- Deliver services at approved locations based on clinical needs.
- Monitor caseload and manage documentation through the MHP Caseload Compliance Report (via Credible).
- Complete treatment plans every 180 days and ensure all required documentation is submitted for insurance reimbursement.
- Maintain daily progress notes and Safety / Incident Reports in compliance with policy.
- Submit required reports to DCFS, legal agencies, and other involved parties.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and privacy practices.
- Attend monthly clinic meetings and participate in staffing with medical staff, maintaining a 90% compliance rate.
- Provide supervision and observation for QBHP as per company policy.
- Testify in court when required.
- Maintain an active Arkansas license as a Clinical Social Worker, Masters Social Worker, Professional Counselor, Associate Counselor, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, or Marriage and Family Therapist.

- Qualifications
- Education
- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling from an accredited University or College.
- Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Arkansas.
- Skills
- Required : Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines. Ability to effectively provide mental health services to clients and their families in an ethical and professional manner. Ability to travel as required.
