As a Program Manager on the Stand Together Music, Sports, and Entertainment (STMSE) team, you'll support the Director in executing high-impact cultural partnershipssuch as major festivalsthat deepen engagement on key issues like Strong & Safe Communities, Free Speech, Education, and more. You'll help manage the internal coordination and strategy behind a portfolio of aligned partners, ensuring strong collaboration across teams and clear connection to Stand Together's broader vision. Your work will help streamline operations, strengthen partnership execution, and expand the impact of our cultural engagement efforts.

How You Will Contribute

• Support Director of Festivals to prioritize and execute strategy.
• Manage portfolio of partners and networks to support capability build.
• Leverage partnership management best practices and tools to drive coordinated collaboration across internal and external teams, bringing together the correct audiences at the right time and proactively identifying risks across teams.
• Establish and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on partnership status, key milestones, and roadblocks.
• Implement and continuously improve partnership management processes, tools, and best practices that drive efficiency, visibility, and accountability.
• Prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced, creative environment, proactively identifying and addressing challenges.
• Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring junior team members and promoting a learning environment.
