Trillium Staffing is now hiring a Production Scheduler for a Direct Hire role in Vassar, MI!

Pay Rate $17-$20 Based on experience.

Production Scheduler Responsibilities

• Excel-Based Production Tracking : Create, update, and link complex Excel spreadsheets for production data and inventory; ensure all entries are accurate and well-organized.
• Scheduling & Inventory Management : Maintain production schedules, monitor inventory levels and supplies, and coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Customer Communication : Provide daily updates to customers regarding order status, production timelines, and needs while ensuring a positive experience.
