The Springs of Greers Ferry is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our experienced rehab team. In this flexible role, you’ll play a vital part in helping residents regain the skills they need for independent, fulfilling daily lives.

What You’ll Do :

Evaluate residents’ functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve daily living skills

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support holistic resident care

Document therapy sessions and monitor progress toward functional goals

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and assistive equipment

What You Bring :

Active Arkansas OT license

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Passion for helping individuals achieve independence and well-being
