Join our team as the Wellness Manager oversees the care performance of the teams within Assisted Living and Memory Care and is committed to providing clinical care at the highest practicable level using the Erickson Person-Center Approach model of care.

Compensation :

Salary range starting at $95k with potential for annual bonus of up to 8%.
