Gundersen Health System is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Scheduling Specialist! Youll play a crucial role in ensuring efficient scheduling of appointments for our patients. Whats Available :

0.5 FTE (20 hours / week)

Monday - Friday shifts between 7 : 30am - 5 pm

Remote eligible after completion of training (1 day required on-site per pay period)

On-site training required and may last 8-12 weeks or longer

Department : Cancer Center Palliative Care ACP

What You Need :

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills and attention to details

Scheduling / coordinating background and medical terminology is a bonus!
