Hair Salon Assistant

Vu Hair Salon is seeking an assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the industry, in an upscale and creative environment.

About Vu Hair:

Vu hair is a salon located on the 21st floor at The Peninsula, Were looking for someone willing to soar above and beyond to cater to our high end clients.

Day to Day requirements include but are not limited to:

• Giving guests superior customer service
• Ensuring the salon is always clean and presentable,
• Assisting with styling, shampoos, color application and other assisting as needed.
• Available to work Weekends (Saturdays)

* Must have a valid New York State cosmetology license.


Additional Compensation:

• Commission

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
