Primary Responsibilities:
1. Greet all Members and Guests warmly.
2. Provide locker, robes and slippers as needed.
3. Check in all persons getting treatments.
4. Tour them if needed and familiarize them with the Locker Rooms, wet areas and amenities provided.
5. Maintain bathrooms by inspecting hourly for cleanliness and proper paper and towel requirements.
6. Maintain refreshment area with fruits, coffee, teas and condiments (keeping it clean and with a good presentation).
7. Keep T.V volumes down and spa music at required levels at all times.
8. Keep air fresh and pleasantly scented throughout Locker Room and wet areas.
9. Wash basins and all items in immediate area need to be cleaned hourly and products such restocked as needed.
10. Each wash basin needs to have stock of hand towels for Members and Guests to use.
11. All laundry and linens are to be maintained as instructed through laundry service.
12. All laundry pick ups/drop offs must be counted and documented.
13. A walk through of Locker Rooms and areas of responsibility must be done at the beginning of your shift and at the end of your shift and one half hour intervals inspecting for cleanliness, restocking, Guest and Member needs and safety in steam, sauna and wet areas.
14. Clean and replace all disposal containers as often as required.
15. Small towels for ice trays must be set out two hours after opening and maintained throughout the hours of operation.
16. Towels must be properly folded and readily available in all appropriate areas.
17. The floors of Locker Rooms are to be kept clean at all times.
18. Mirrors must be cleaned hourly.
19. Showers disinfected daily, cleaned after each use and all accessories re-stocked after use.
20. Soap product for shower checked and filled daily.
21. Material required for cleaning and paper product inspected for ordering weekly.
22. Responsible for assignment of Locker Key - billing of same to account.
23. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
• Must be able to speak and write English.
• Must be professional in manner and appearance and, have excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team member and be able to enjoy working with people.
• Must have good judgment, hospitality-greeting people and speaking with people.
• Must be able to promote/market to support events and activities.
• Positive attitude about people, position, co-workers and employer.
• Ability to maintain spa equipment levels as instructed.
• Ability to work any day or shift, weekends and holidays included.

Education/Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have a valid Drivers License.
• Experience in Spa Locker Room, Hotel or Resort and a CPR & AED certification required.

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 45 pounds and assist with plated weights.
• Ability to stand a minimum of 8 hours or duration of shift.
• Ability to walk to various outlets.

Working Conditions:
• Tropical climate.
• Ability to implement emergency procedures such as CPR and emergency notification.
