Key Responsibilities

- Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support team goals and contribute to process optimization efforts.
- Stay up to date on company products, promotions, and policies.
Education : Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Experience : 13 years in customer service, call center, or related field.
