Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision tools. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Develop and optimize machining processes, including tooling and fixture design, to improve efficiency and accuracy. Make program edits and ensure all parts meet stringent quality and dimensional standards. Maintain accurate production records and contribute to process improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For 10 years of CNC machining experience (setup, operation, and programming). Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and materials. Proficient with blueprint reading and precision measurement tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
