CPA Licensed Global Controller

A company is looking for a SVP and Controller.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global financial accounting, reporting, and internal control functions

Design and maintain a global internal control framework ensuring compliance with regulations

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the executive team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required

12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk management

Experience leading multi-country teams in a complex, multinational organization

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and international statutory reporting requirements
