Coordinate daily service appointments and manage scheduling.Serve as the first point of contact for service customers, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management.Dispatch service valet and shuttle driversWrite repair orders as neededPrepare estimates on used cars for used car departmentDispatch repair orders to proper techniciansMaintain accurate service records and assist with warranty documentation.Support the Service Manager in organizing workflow and monitoring department performance.Uphold Volvos commitment to safety, quality, and customer care.Qualifications / Requirements :
Prior experience in automotive service coordination or dealership operations preferredA general knowledge of automobiles is required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.High school diploma or equivalent preferredValid in-state driver's licensePlease upload your resume.
