Job Summary :
Acrisure is seeking a Carrier Placement Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting to the Supervisor of Carrier Communications, the role is an individual contributor to administer system access on all company websites, including but not limited to setting up and terminating access, resetting passwords, assisting with access issues, and troubleshooting general questions to support user needs.
Responsibilities :
- Grant individual employee access for insurance company portals when required and perform monthly audits to ensure appropriate access terminations.
- Maintain a log of all agency / Platform codes and individual user access information with each insurance company.
- Support Platform needs, including initial employees' system access, password resets, and troubleshooting carrier portal access issues and basic questions.
- Provide overall Platform support and assistance through professional and efficient written and oral communications.
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including Platform team members, virtually and in-person.
- Actively participate with Management, collaborate, and share recommendations for improvements to processes, procedures, and identify and implement the systems to best manage carrier portal-access data.
- Maintain current knowledge of team responsibilities and remain cognizant of the team's function by supporting the success of the team through effective and accurate administrative assistance.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality when working with proprietary and sensitive data.
- Resolve limited and non-routine problems as required.

Associate degree or higher is preferred, but equitable work experience will be acceptedMinimum 2 years office experience requiredAt least six months of insurance industry experience desired.
