The Role
The Field Marketer will be responsible for owning, executing, and optimizing all event and field marketing efforts across 360 Privacy’s go-to-market strategy. This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role that blends creativity, organization, and data‑driven decision‑making. You’ll be the bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships—ensuring that every event drives measurable impact in awareness, pipeline, and relationships.
What You’ll Do
Event Ownership & Execution
- Manage end-to-end execution of 360 Privacy’s event portfolio—including major industry conferences, sponsorships, speaking engagements, webinars, and field events.
- Handle logistics, registration, booth management, collateral coordination, and vendor relations for both internal and partner‑led events.
- Lead pre‑, during‑, and post‑event campaigns to maximize attendance, engagement, and follow‑up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure every touchpoint is on‑brand, on‑message, and on‑strategy.
Strategic Planning & Opportunity Mining
Identify and evaluate new event and partnership opportunities aligned with our Ideal Client Profile and strategy.Build and maintain the annual events calendar, managing budgets, deadlines, and team alignment.Work closely with Sales and BD to mine events for leads, meetings, and networking opportunities.Develop frameworks for measuring ROI, lead quality, and pipeline impact of each event. Provide weekly / monthly reporting.Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Content Marketing on event promotions, speaking abstracts, and social amplification.Coordinate with Sales and CX for pre‑event outreach, live engagement, and post‑event nurture plans.Support Partner Marketing efforts through co‑branded activations and association events.Ensure consistent reporting and tracking in HubSpot for all event‑related activity.What You’ll Bring
4–6 years of experience in Field Marketing or Events (preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech).Proven ability to run multiple events simultaneously—balancing logistics with strategic execution.Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and creativity.A proactive mindset—you don’t just manage events; you find opportunities within them.Familiarity with HubSpot preferred.
Comfortable traveling up to 30% for key events, activations, and in‑person team meetings.Seniority level
