Athletic Trainer – Full Time (32.5 hours / week)

Start : ASAP

Responsibilities :

Maintain the Trainer’s room and all equipment to support student-athlete health & wellness

Assist with recovery and treatment of sports-related injuries for student-athletes

Provide coverage for all FHS Athletic Department events (including practices); assist athletes before and after contests

Track concussion-prevention measures and follow state and district protocols

Ensure athletic staff maintain current CPR certification; support coaches with basic health, safety, and first-aid guidance

Share general wellness guidelines with coaches for student-athletes

Maintain and track physical exam compliance for all student-athletes

Preferred Qualifications :

Current CPR / First Aid certification

BOC certification and state licensure (if applicable)

Experience in school or interscholastic athletics settings

Strong communication, documentation, and sideline triage skills
