As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food / Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This role offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse team, use technology such as computers or tablets, and contribute to a caring culture that values teamwork, reliability, and integrity. Position Type : Full Time. Pay Rate : $14.68 / Hour. Job Schedule : Day Time Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Wed 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Thur 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM.

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage production location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access within the facility.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and / or unusual occurrences according to site protocols.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the food and beverage environment.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • X-ray screening experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
