Preferred Qualifications : 3-4+ years of proven experience as an Employee Benefits Account Manager An active Life & Health license Demonstrated proficiency with benefits administration software. Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Experience managing both small and large group accounts.
Key Responsibilities : Account Servicing : Effectively manage and service a diverse portfolio of primarily small to large group accounts. Client Relationship Development : Cultivate and nurture client relationships built on trust and professionalism. Enrollment Support : Provide comprehensive assistance with open enrollment initiatives. Document Processing : Accurately process endorsements, proposals, and renewals. Information Handling : Timely and efficient response to requests for information and documentation.
