What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that deliver proactive coaching and personalized recommendations in a content platform
• Architect scalable and reliable systems with strong foundations in memory management, retrieval (RAG / Graph RAG), and stateful agent design.
• Implement evaluation and observability pipelines (scorecards, A / B tests, tracing, monitoring) to ensure reliability, groundedness, and safety.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks across system performance, latency, and cost; introduce solutions before they impact delivery.
• Collaborate with product and backend engineers to ship high-impact AI features.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI advancements and integrate them into Make's development process.
