We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our mailing department team. This role involves working within a warehouse setting while utilizing computer skills to process mailing and labeling tasks.

Responsibilities :

• Select orders by hand within the samples warehouse.
• Assist in cutting wallpaper to size.
• Pack and prepare shipments for customers.
• Stand for 8-10 hours during shifts.
• Lift items weighing 10-15 lbs as necessary.
• Read and follow detailed instructions to ensure accurate packing for specific clients.
• Use computers to print labels and prepare packages for shipment.
• Potential to be cross-trained in equipment operation.

Work Environment :

The work environment is akin to a retail store setting but operates within a smaller scale warehouse and manufacturing environment. The primary focus is on handling customer samples. The facility offers two shifts : 1st shift from 8 AM to 4 : 30 PM, and 2nd shift from 2 PM to 10 PM, with scheduled overtime from 2 PM to 12 AM. Breaks include two 10-minute breaks and one 20-minute paid lunch break, during which leaving the premises is not permitted.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
