What's involved in this role :

The Journeyman Lead performs the installation and repair of complex electrical systems, conductors and associated materials in related projects. The position frequently oversees less experienced electricians, as well as trains apprentices in the trade. The Journeyman Lead ensures that all work is performed to the highest standards and meet all safety requirements in the performance of the work.
