The Global Creative team within Marketing is responsible for our brand and marketing creative. From building brand awareness campaigns to designing experiences like Dreamforce, our multi-faceted team brings the brand to life across our portfolio of work. We partner with cross-functional teams to tie goals to initiatives and KPIs to unify and push the brand and business forward.
About this role Imagine if creatives didn’t have to say "Imagine if" when selling their work. This role helps transform ideas into tangible experiences, at the intersection of design and technology. You’ll work with our Animator Storyteller - AI to bring vision to life through motion, 3D environments, prototypes, and other immersive formats, reimagining event experiences and advertising concepts.
You will translate brand principles into visual touchpoints, ensuring high standards of design excellence and consistency. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and take initiative with minimal direction. This role is in-office in San Francisco 4 days a week.
What you will do Bring creative concepts to life by transforming ideas into compelling visual and experiential outputs
Partner with AI lead and creative leads to prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for internal and executive presentations, videos, and pitches
Develop storytelling that elevates concept art into immersive experiences
Bridge creative ideation and technical execution, translating for both creative teams and business stakeholders
Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools to accelerate concept realization
Support creative selling motions to executives and other stakeholders with polished deliverables
Design across mediums (web, social, email, print, environmental, presentations) with consistency and craft
Translate abstract brand strategy into clear visual design that resonates globally
Collaborate with creative leads to create cohesive marketing executions
Refine layouts, typography, color, and hierarchy for clarity, usability, and brand consistency
What experience you have BA / BFA in Design, Art, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency in a design-forward, brand-driven environment
Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across digital, motion, 3D, and experiential
Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote / PowerPoint
Proficiency in creative AI tools; Runway, Veo3 and Midjourney experience a plus; motion / film experience strongly preferred
Ability to translate creative vision into visual / motion outputs for creatives and executives
Strong background in design and systems thinking; experience creating scalable design frameworks for global teams
Design for both digital and physical formats (web, email, social, print, environmental, event)
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
Attention to craft and detail; rapid prototyping and problem-solving under tight timelines
Thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity
Excellent presentation and communication skills
