Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HRIS and related systems
Generate reports and analyze data to support departmental needs and maintain data integrity
Required Qualifications
Experience in a People or Human Resources role, or a degree in HR Management
Basic understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding
Proven ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive information
Familiarity with labor laws and workplace compliance regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
